Giving unqualified people position or power because of skin color. or how they have sex, is insanity.
so are reparations, etc. We are based on Judeo christian values and culture. that is now decried as part of the problem of course. Basically, that all our rights were given us by God, not a government. This has been twisted beyond recognition. Even if you are not an oppressor, your fathers were It is simplistic and, according to the Bible, wrong. Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. Can you punish a slave owner from over 100 years ago? no. Can you set a slave from over 100 years ago free? no The Japanese finally got reparations from being held in camps during WWII/ These were living people,.not distant descendants In essence, if you have the right to work, study, pursue your interests, and live and love whom you will, you are equal under the law of the United States. You have the right to sue, or to seek criminal charges against anyone who impedes or harms you...barring existing law excluding that activity ( theft rape attempted murder, etc.) The problem is in identifying with a group, instead of as an individual. And this is why the globalist/progressive/social warriors are so angry with President Trump. Being our best doesn;t mean best black woman, or best gay person, or best immigrant. It means we have different backgrounds, but all live under the law the idea and ideals of the United States of America. Wanting what someone else has is covetousness. resenting another's success is envy. Hating people based on any intrinsic value, is hatred, Jesus said hatred is murder. Do we really want the voices of covetousness, envy and murder ruling over all of us? Only One can save you. and only the individual soul can respond to that invitation. And "getting over" people to make yourself feel better...never will fill the void. |
